OverviewWe’re seeking an experienced Accommodation Connectivity Specialist to join our Accommodation 3PP + Connectivity team in Barcelona (Hybrid). The role involves owning and growing relationships with a portfolio of connectivity partners and ensuring best‑in‑class performance.ResponsibilitiesOwn the relationship with assigned connectivity partners and foster long‑lasting partnerships.Monitor daily technical performance and propose action plans based on performance indicators.Provide daily technical support to external and internal teams and seek ways to improve key metrics.Identify growth opportunities with accommodation providers and support new partner contracting.Lead integration and certification processes and support onboarding of mass product uploads.Optimize hotel content mapping workflow to drive conversion.Document connectivity processes.QualificationsBachelor or Master degree in business or technology (preferred).At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.Experience in the hotel industry with hotel distribution systems and OTA API knowledge.Strong stakeholder management across technical and commercial departments.Project management skills with ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines.Excellent written and oral communication in English (mandatory); additional European languages welcome.Good motivation, learning appetite, analytical skills, and autonomy.Preferred: Experience with Applied AI tools (e.g., Gemini), experimentation mindset, AI‑enhanced problem solving, adaptability and learning agility.BenefitsCompetitive salary, Prime Plus membership, flexible benefits, performance‑based bonuses.Birthday day off, discounts, partnerships, relocation support, premium equipment.Continuous learning: free Coursera, workshops, tech training, leadership development, onboarding program.Career growth opportunities.
