Account Executive DACH Market – Founding New Factorial IT Unit
Join Factorial as a founding Account Executive in the DACH region, leading the launch of Factorial IT, a new IT Management product.
Base Pay Range
35,000 € – 80,000 € OTE.
The Role
As a Founding Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle — from discovery to close — for Factorial IT across the DACH region.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close.
Run discovery sessions, product demos, and solution presentations with IT and Ops decision-makers.
Build consultative relationships and act as a trusted advisor to prospects.
Collaborate closely with SDRs and Marketing to refine ICP, messaging, and outreach strategies.
Provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing, shaping demos, positioning, and future product direction.
Track and forecast opportunities accurately in HubSpot CRM, ensuring alignment across the founding team.
Your Profile
Must-haves
1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in IT, Cloud, or Operations.
Native or bilingual German, professional English.
Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
Organized, analytical, and comfortable managing pipeline and forecasts.
Passion for technology and the SaaS space.
Entrepreneurial mindset — excited to build, test, and iterate.
Bonus Points
Experience selling to IT personas (CIO, IT Manager, VP Engineering).
Background in ITSM, MDM, or SaaS automation solutions.
Experience with upselling/cross-selling in existing customer bases.
