Check us out at About The Role We’re looking for an Account Manager for our SMB segment, focused on building long-term relationships and growing revenue inside our existing customer base. Your mission is to develop, retain and expand accounts — while staying close to operations and day‑to‑day needs. You’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of mid‑sized clients across sectors such as vending, laundromats, EV charging, gas stations and unattended retail. What You’ll Do Account management & relationships Manage a portfolio of SMB clients, becoming their trusted partner Ensure adoption, satisfaction and retention Coordinate with Support, Product and Tech to resolve issues Lead onboarding, training and activation of new locations/devices Track account health, churn risk and upsell opportunities Growth & expansion Identify expansion/upsell opportunities Work pipeline of upgrades, new installations and additional services Build proposals and negotiate renewals Market intelligence Act as “eyes on the market” Share insights with Product, Marketing and Leadership Spot trends, new opportunities and gaps where we can improve What We’re Looking For 3–5 years experience in SaaS Account Management, Customer Success or Sales Strong commercial mindset — comfortable upselling and negotiating Organized, structured and hands‑on with day‑to‑day operations Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Product, Ops and Tech Languages: Spanish and English (mandatory), Italian or Portuguese is a strong plus Availability to travel Nice to have Experience in payments, fintech or unattended retail Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) Background in fast‑growing environments What’s In It For You A hybrid model that works – Enjoy the energy of our office 3 days a week and the flexibility of working remotely the other 2. ⏰Flexible schedule – because we trust you to own your time and your outcomes. ️Meal vouchers – Enjoy a monthly support of meal vouchers to make your workdays tastier.
