We build what's next.Instagram | TikTok | Culture pageRole MissionAs an Account Supervisor, you will take a leadership role in managing and strategizing influencer campaigns and activations, while also supervising and developing a team of Specialists. Leveraging your extensive experience, you will provide strategic insights and creative solutions to meet campaign briefs, working hand in hand with your team to shape brand strategy and drive continuous innovation. This role demands a seasoned, highly analytical and strategic professional with a deep understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing, and exceptional problem-solving and people-management abilities.Job requirementsKey responsibilitiesStrategic Campaign Development: Receive briefs and work collaboratively with the client and your teams to develop high-level strategic and creative campaign proposals.Team Supervision & Development: Supervise and support a team of Specialists, guiding their day-to-day work, supporting their professional growth through career plans and mentoring, and ensuring alignment with account objectives.Brand Strategy & Innovation: Develop strategy jointly with your Specialists for each assigned brand, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth, and driving innovation in processes and ways of working.Influencer Selection and Management: Identify and select the best influencer profiles, create detailed content calendars, and ensure content meets high-quality standards and requirements.Campaign Performance Oversight: Supervise daily campaign performance, making strategic adjustments to maximize results.Event Coordination: Provide leadership and support during events and brand activations, ensuring seamless coordination between influencers and the brand.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the booking and data teams to innovate negotiation strategies, identify market trends, and generate comprehensive post-campaign reports.Problem Resolution: Lead the resolution of any issues during campaign execution, demonstrating a proactive and strategic approach.Results Analysis and Reporting: Aggregate influencer results, develop insights, and identify valuable opportunities for the client, working with the data team for enhanced social listening perspectives.Legal and Financial Management: Oversee all legal and financial matters related to assigned brands, ensuring compliance and efficiency.Workflow Enhancement: Continuously identify and propose improvements in the workflow between the brand, agency, and influencers.Skills & experienceExperience:6-10 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of strategic campaign management and previous experience leading and developing teams.Skills: Advanced social advocacy knowledge, deep understanding of influencer marketing trends, social ecosystem,and high proficiency in Excel and Data Analysis.Attributes: Strategic thinker, highly analytical, exceptional creativity, and strong leadership skills, with experience building career plans and mentoring team members, Strong attention to detail, Strong project management skills and ability to juggle between multiple tasksKnowledge: Comprehensive understanding of social media trends and the influencer marketing landscape.Tools: experience with Traackr, Kolsquare, and any other IA tools are a plus.Languages:Spanish andEnglish full working proficiency (written and verbal).Work your way — Flexible schedule, hybrid work, and the opportunity to work up to 3 weeks a year from any SAMY office around the world.Time that matters — Celebrate your birthday with a day off, plus company holidays on December 24th and 31st to recharge.Grow with us — Global mobility opportunities, mentorship, parenthood support, and a transparent performance-driven compensation framework.Be part of the journey — Help shape our team through our referral program and enjoy a collaborative, social culture, backed by a transparent, performance-driven compensation framework that rewards impact and supports your growth.The SAMY MindsetForget the job description for a second.
