Responsibilities
Ensure accurate, timely and compliant accounting processes that support BOLD's financial integrity and decision‑making, contributing to the company's growth and engineering excellence.
Accounting operations: manage the full accounts payable and accounts receivable cycle, including invoice processing, payments, collections, and resolution of discrepancies.
Review and process employee travel expenses and corporate credit card transactions.
Perform bank accounting and reconciliations, ensuring accounting records are accurate and up to date.
Month‑end close and financial reporting: execute monthly closing activities (inventory, accruals, and provisions) in coordination with Accounting and the CFO.
Analyse balance sheet and P&L accounts to identify and correct discrepancies.
Support internal financial reporting.
Taxation & external support: collaborate with external tax advisors in fulfilling tax obligations (VAT, SII, withholding taxes, and Corporate Income Tax), prepare documentation for audits, grants, and external requests (public authorities, customers, and suppliers).
ERP & process improvement: maintain accurate and up to date financial data in the ERP system (Odoo), participate in initiatives to improve accounting processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial closing and tax compliance.
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus).
Experience in industrial, international or fast‑growing environments is highly valued.
Exposure to import/export operations is a plus.
Intermediate to advanced English level.
