We are looking for an Accountant with a high level of English to join our finance team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the full accounting cycle of several group entities, will ensure compliance with local and international accounting and tax regulations, and will support the Controller in dealings with external auditors and tax advisors. The role involves close collaboration with the Head of Accounting and active participation in process improvement initiatives, including the ongoing development and optimization of our ERP systems and financial reporting tools. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the full accounting cycle: journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and monthly close Prepare and review financial statements Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions Coordinate and support statutory audits, working with external auditors and tax advisors Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate income tax, and other regulatory obligations across multiple jurisdictions Identify and implement improvement opportunities in accounting processes and internal controls Maintain and enhance the use of ERP systems and AI tools in financial operations REQUIREMENTS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics At least 5 years of experience in a similar accounting role Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Business Central, NetSuite, or similar) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with financial reporting tools is a plus Experience using AI tools applied to financial and accounting processes Background in multinational environments or with multiple legal entities Sound knowledge of applicable tax and regulatory frameworks Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset High level of English is essential; additional languages are a plus WHAT WE OFFER Competitive compensation based on experience International working environment with presence in multiple markets Real growth opportunities within a dynamic and expanding organization Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
