pbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliManage daily accounting operations, general ledger activities, and month-end/year-end closing, ensuring accurate and timely accounting records in compliance with local accounting standards and Group reporting requirements. /liliCoordinate with local accounting firms, tax advisors, and external auditors to support statutory audits, tax compliance, and other financial audit activities. /liliSupport Group and listed company audit requirements by preparing financial data, accounting documentation, and audit schedules, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. /liliManage bank accounts, perform bank reconciliations, and oversee automatic payment processes, including pre-payment reviews, transaction monitoring, exception handling, and risk control to ensure payment accuracy and fund security. /liliManage the full lifecycle of fixed assets, including asset capitalization, depreciation, physical inventory, asset monitoring, and disposal, ensuring compliance with company policies. /liliAssist in the preparation and submission of statutory financial statements and Group reporting packages, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with local regulations and Group requirements. /liliContinuously improve accounting processes and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency and financial governance. /liliPerform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned. /li /ulpbQualifications /b /pulliBachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or a related field. /liliMinimum of b3 years' accounting experience /b. /lilibPrevious accounting experience in the automotive industry in Spain (OEM, vehicle importer, dealer group, or automotive supplier) is required. /b /liliGood knowledge of Spanish accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements. /liliExperience in a multinational company is preferred. /liliProficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliStrong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment. /liliGood command of English, both written and spoken.
