Experteer Overview In this Finance Analyst role you support multi-country accounting, ensuring accurate financial data, compliance, and timely reporting. You will handle daily accounting operations, month-end and year-end closings, audits, and coordination with external advisors. You’ll improve processes, maintain controls, and serve as a liaison between the company and tax/accounting partners. - Process supplier invoices and allocate to cost centers per policy
- Prepare and execute supplier payments aligned with due dates
- Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Act as main point of contact for external tax and accounting advisors across countries
- Manage tax, accounting, and compliance queries with local advisors
- Support internal, statutory, and legal audits with documentation and reconciliations
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing ensuring data accuracy
- Prepare and monitor accounting adjustments (accruals, deferrals, provisions)
- Review employee expenses for policy compliance and process improvementsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proven experience with ERP systems
