Key Responsibilities
Acting as the key liaison between the Spanish entity, the external accounting firm, and the Finance & Accounting Department of the parent company in Poland
Serving as the primary local business partner for all accounting and tax‑related matters, providing expert support to operational and management teams
Reviewing accounting reports and documentation prepared by the external accounting firm to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations and group standards
Coordinating and supporting the resolution of accounting issues, clarifying discrepancies, and ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders
Reconciling accounts and preparing financial data for internal reporting and audits
Contributing to the continuous improvement of local and international reporting and accounting processes
Requirements
Advanced proficiency in MS Office
Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
Strong knowledge of Spanish accounting regulations and tax compliance
Fluent Spanish and communicative English (spoken and written)
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a multicultural environment
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in full accounting or financial reporting, preferably in a production/manufacturing company
Nice to Have
Experience in ERP system implementation
Experience in accounting process migration or transformation projects
