DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK/TASKS Under the supervision of the relevant Project Managers, the temporary worker will contribute to the implementation of EU-OSHA operational activities by providing specialised expertise in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). In particular, the temporary worker will support EU-OSHA projects through involvement in public procurement procedures, project and contract management. The tasks will include the following main activities:Contribution to public procurement procedures by - Drafting technical specifications for tender procedures and participating in the evaluation of bids, leading to the award of Framework Contracts with external contractors providing services to EU-OSHA for the development of products supporting the Healthy Workplaces Campaign (HWC) on Mental Health at Work. Management of external contracts and contractors by:· Coordinating and liaising with external contractors, ensuring specific requests for services/products are clear, provided on time and at the expected quality level. This includes, in particular, the following:- Review of OSH related articles and other technical content produced by contractors.- Participate in dialogue meetings with contractors, providing input and guidance.Analysis of surveys and technical reports by:- Contributing to the interpretation and synthesis of survey results and technical evidence (e.g. overview report of the Fourth European Survey of Enterprises on New and Emerging Risks - ESENER 2024) for use in project documentation, communication materials, and web content.Development and management of technical content by:- Supporting the preparation, drafting, and management of technical content for EU / OSHA website and for specialised articles.- Contributing to the coherence and quality of technical, legislative, and communication content across different outputs and platforms.En Adecco creemos en la igualdad de oportunidades y apostamos por el Talento Sin Etiquetas
Requisitos mínimos
EDUCATION:
University degree in Social Science.
ESSENTIAL:
At least three years of professional experience relevant to the tasks described.
Research knowledge, with the ability to understand, analyse, and work with research outputs and technical evidence.
Knowledge of public procurement.
Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), with a particular focus on psychosocial risks.
Cooperative, diligent, and detail oriented, with the ability to work efficiently across multiple tasks.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Very good knowledge of English (equivalent to C1 level).
ADVANTAGEOUS:
Experience in working with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) research, including a good understanding of research methods and evidence based approaches.
Experience with EU public procurement procedures, including involvement in the preparation of technical specifications and/or the management of procurement related projects.
