We're seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager fluent in Spanish to join our team. In this role, youll play a key role in growing and managing our affiliate network, helping drive performance and building long lasting partnerships.Las cualificaciones, habilidades y toda la experiencia relevante necesaria para este puesto se pueden encontrar en la descripción completa a continuación.What youll doRecruit and onboard new affiliates/IBs (introducing brokers or partners), and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates.Monitor and manage affiliate programs and activity ensuring campaigns perform well and stay aligned with company standards.Communicate with affiliates: answer questions, resolve issues, negotiate contracts or renewals, and ensure partners are supported.Search for affiliate or traffic networks, negotiate cooperation agreements, and build strategic partnerships with networks and affiliates.Create proposals for affiliate relationships, including estimating return on investment (ROI), and prepare promotional materials/briefs for affiliate campaigns where needed.Monitor performance data and sales reports to assess whether campaigns are producing expected results optimise or discontinue campaigns as needed.Analyse demographic and market data to identify emerging markets or opportunities for network expansion.Work with the creative/marketing team to prepare promotional assets and coordinate international events, exhibitions, or industry meetups when representing the company.What were looking forFluency in Spanish (oral and written) and good command of English (at least B2).12 years experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role managing partnerships / performance-based marketing.Strong understanding of affiliate / partner marketing channels, affiliate networks and performance marketing concepts.Excellent project management, negotiation, organisational and communication skills able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.Attention to detail and analytical mindset comfortable working with data, metrics, conversions, ROI and performance reports.Proficiency with tools like Excel and ability to work with tracking/affiliate management platforms and readiness to travel to conferences or team meetings when required.Whats on offerA competitive remuneration package, combining base salary and bonuses tied to performance.The opportunity to work within a dynamic, multicultural, international team gaining strong exposure in affiliate marketing at a global scale.A fully remote, full-time position (service agreement), offering flexibility while working with a global affiliate network.The chance to build a meaningful career in affiliate marketing where your performance and results have a direct impact on business growth and success. xcskxlj If you're fluent in Spanish, knowledgeable about affiliate marketing, and passionate about building and managing affiliate networks this Affiliate Manager role could be a great opportunity for you.#J-18808-LjbffrHay opciones de teletrabajo/trabajo desde casa disponibles para este puesto.
