With significant investment in Generative AI, the organisation is embedding LLM-driven automation and intelligent systems across core products and operations.The Role:This is a strategic, hands-on architecture position focused on designing and scaling production-grade AI systems. You'll define how LLMs and agentic workflows are implemented across the business, setting standards and long-term technical direction.You will:Architect and oversee scalable LLM-based systems in live production environmentsDesign end-to-end AI solutions in partnership with engineering, data, and product teamsIntroduce and integrate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and best practicesDefine architecture patterns for robustness, scalability, and maintainabilityGuide deployment using Python, LLM frameworks, containerisation, and cloud platformsEstablish governance, standards, and enablement frameworks for AI adoptionKey Requirements7+ years' experience with Python and modern AI/ML systemsStrong experience with LLM frameworks (e.G. LangChain, LlamaIndex)Deep understanding of prompt engineering and agentic architecturesExperience designing scalable distributed systems (async, caching, routing, decoupling)Containerisation and orchestration experience (Docker, Kubernetes)Strong DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git, IaC)Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Strong communication skillsMust have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field3 stage interview process100% Remote – must be based in SpainAI Architect | Generative AI | LLMs | LangChain | Kubernetes | Cloud | Remote Spain
