Experteer Overview
As a Senior Java Full Stack Engineer, you will join a greenfield fashion retail project to design, build, and evolve a new digital product from scratch. You will define architecture, implement core capabilities, and deliver an MVP that drives real business value, collaborating with Spanish-speaking stakeholders. You’ll work hands-on across Java/Spring Boot, React, and AI-assisted development to create scalable, production-ready solutions in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. Your role combines technical leadership with architecture decisions that shape the product roadmap and quality. This is an opportunity to impact a strategic initiative from concept to deployment.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of professional software development with a focus on Java and Spring Boot
• Hands-on fullstack experience (backend, frontend, APIs, integrations)
• Strong knowledge of React and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience building applications from scratch, including MVPs and greenfield projects
• Solid understanding of architecture, design, scalability, performance, maintainability
• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, modern architectures
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor)
• Ability to evaluate alternatives, create proofs-of-concept, and make pragmatic architectural decisions
• Understanding of software quality practices (testing, code reviews, security, automation)
• Experience with Agile collaboration with product owners and cross-functional teams
• Ownership mindset, autonomous work style, and ability to drive technical discussions
• Fluent Spanish (C1+) and English
