Overview
To support our growing Technical Team in the disassembly of various aircraft projects, performing aircraft disassembly as directed by the GPC team, documenting the parts removed and liaising with the Logistics team.
Responsibilities
Work as part of a team to ensure the safe disassembly/removal of parts and components from various aircraft and that these are clearly labelled/documented on behalf of our customers.
Read and interpret AMMs, IPCs and eCube Best Practice Guides so that component removal can be managed efficiently and effectively.
Collaborate with the team to deliver each aircraft disassembly project on the time committed to the customer.
Raise any non‑conformities or risk of damage to the Technical Team Leader.
Identify damaged components using visual methods.
Work closely with the Technical Team Leader and Head of Customer Projects to deliver a positive customer experience for all ecube customers while maintaining efficient practices.
Support the daily reviews and Team Project Boards activities.
Use various tools and equipment, ensuring all items are well maintained and in good state of repair.
Support continuous improvement projects within the business to enhance quality, productivity and efficiency.
Promote a culture of safety by monitoring self‑performance and that of others to ensure all duties comply with established safety guidelines.
Help deliver KPIs across safety, quality and productivity, contributing to operational growth.
Collaborate with other functional teams to secure the resources required to support projects.
Qualifications
Team player with hands‑on approach, high attention to detail, excellent hand skills, good physical fitness and an energetic, professional "can do" attitude.
Demonstrable experience in aircraft maintenance or disassembly.
Highly focused, able to work well under pressure and deliver results.
Full‑time position.
