To date, we have assisted hundreds of thousands of travelers navigate stressful travel disruptions.We are currently expanding our network and looking for Freelance Passenger Support / Flyer Distributors (m/f/d) on an on-call basis at Madrid Airport.This is a non-sales role focused purely on information sharing, passenger support, and professional representation.Your Role & Responsibilities:When a significant flight disruption occurs (e.g., delays exceeding 3 hours), our operations team will contact you with all the details.Respond on Short Notice: Travel to the Madrid Airport arrivals area when notified.Inform Passengers: Distribute informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight and explain how FlightHelp can assist them.Be a Reassuring Presence: Communicate with passengers in a friendly, calm, and professional manner.(Note: No airport security clearance is required for this role).What We OfferHigh Flexibility :A completely flexible schedule based on flight disruption events.
