To date, we have assisted hundreds of thousands of travelers navigate stressful travel disruptions. /ppbr/ppWe are currently expanding our network and looking for strongFreelance Passenger Support / Flyer Distributors /strong (m/f/d) on an on-call basis at emMadrid Airport. /em /ppbr/ppThis is a non-sales role focused purely on information sharing, passenger support, and professional representation. /ppbr/ppstrong Your Role Responsibilities: /strong /ppbr/pulliWhen a significant flight disruption occurs (e.g., delays exceeding 3 hours), our operations team will contact you with all the details. /li /ulpbr/pulliRespond on Short Notice: Travel to the emMadrid Airport /em arrivals area when notified. /li /ulpbr/pulliInform Passengers: Distribute informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight and explain how FlightHelp can assist them. /li /ulpbr/pulliBe a Reassuring Presence: Communicate with passengers in a friendly, calm, and professional manner. /li /ulpbr/pulli(Note: No airport security clearance is required for this role). /li /ulpbr/ppstrong What We Offer /strong /ppbr/pp emHigh Flexibility /em: /pulliA completely flexible schedule based on flight disruption events.
