Application Manager – Intelligent Automation

Location:SpainDrive the next generation of AI-powered automationWe are looking for an Application Manager to help shape and scale the next generation of automation and AI-driven business processes across the organization.This is a key role within our Intelligent Automation team, created to strengthen internal ownership of automation and AI capabilities as the business rapidly expands its adoption of intelligent agents, GenAI, and enterprise automation platforms.You will play a central role in defining architecture, technical standards, governance, and best practices across technologies such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and ChatGPT Enterprise. Working closely with Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders, you will help deliver scalable, secure, and sustainable automation solutions that support the organization’s digital transformation journey.The role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, AI enablement, and hands-on problem solving in a fast-evolving environment where intelligent automation is becoming an increasingly critical business capability.What You’ll Be Doing
Define and evolve architecture standards, governance models, and best practices for enterprise automation and AI solutions.
Guide the implementation of scalable and maintainable solutions across UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and GenAI ecosystems.
Review and validate technical designs and partner implementations to ensure quality, security, and alignment with enterprise standards.
Act as a technical reference point for development teams, providing mentorship and hands-on support for complex technical challenges.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to rapidly deliver impactful automation and AI capabilities.
Help drive the evolution from traditional RPA towards intelligent and agentic automation solutions.
Contribute to the long-term internalization and scaling of automation and AI expertise within the organization.What We’re Looking For
Strong experience with Intelligent Automation technologies such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
Solid understanding of enterprise solution architecture, SDLC, security, and governance best practices.
Experience designing scalable automation solutions integrating APIs, cloud services, and AI capabilities.
Strong technical leadership skills, with experience mentoring teams and reviewing technical implementations.
Ability to balance rapid delivery needs with long-term maintainability and technical quality.
Interest or experience in GenAI, AI agents, and modern enterprise AI ecosystems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.*Application requirement*
