Responsibilities Support and management of various IT applications, including SCADA systems, on Windows and Linux platforms Ensuring the operation of responsible applications in 3rd level support, including coordination with 1st and 2nd level support Technical analysis and troubleshooting for complex issues that cannot be resolved at the 1st or 2nd level Scripting and data analysis to identify and resolve system issues (e.G., writing scripts to restore missing data, analyzing system connections and performance) Diagnosing and resolving issues related to data availability, system connectivity, and network performance Collaborating with internal teams to develop optimizations and solutions for system challenges Creating and maintaining documentation and guidelines for 1st and 2nd level support Your Profile Completed training or degree in IT or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Experience in supporting and managing IT applications Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems Experience with PowerShell and databases Analytical thinking and the ability to conduct in-depth troubleshooting High results orientation and quality awareness Proactive mindset with a structured and solution-oriented approach Team player with strong communication skills in an international environment Fluent English skills (spoken and written); ideally German or Spanish skills 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role Nordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
