If you want to be part of a team that drives real change, we want to meet you. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ullibConsulting Strategic Projects /bulliSupport the design and execution of strategic consulting projects, contributing sharp analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving alongside AI‑powered delivery. /liliTranslate complex business problems into AI‑driven solutions, working closely with project leads. /liliCommunicate technical approaches and outputs to non‑technical stakeholders, including client leadership. /liliContribute to project scoping, work‑plan structuring, and deliverable preparation in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment. /li /ul /lilibAI Engineering Pipeline Development /bulliDesign and implement Python‑based data pipelines integrating external data sources and APIs. /liliDevelop automated workflows for data extraction, cleaning, filtering and transformation. /liliIntegrate LLM APIs for classification, standardization and structured information extraction. /liliDesign and refine prompt strategies and implement validation logic for structured outputs. /liliBuild reusable components for query generation and multi‑source data integration. /liliEnsure robustness, logging and maintainability of AI‑powered workflows. /li /ul /lilibAgent Deployment Internal AI Innovation /bulliDesign and deploy LLM‑powered agents to automate recurring consulting tasks such as research synthesis, document drafting, data analysis and reporting. /liliBuild and maintain MCPs servers to expose internal tools, data sources and APIs as callable resources for agents. /liliDefine and package custom skills and automation workflows that can be triggered within LLMs, turning repeatable consulting processes into structured, reusable agent capabilities. /liliArchitect multi‑agent systems where specialized agents collaborate on complex, multi‑step tasks. /li /ul /li /ulh3Desired Qualifications Experience /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience). /lili2–5 years of experience in applied AI, data engineering, or a consulting‑adjacent technical role. /liliStrong Python programming skills, particularly in data processing, API integration, and modular design. /liliLocation: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid with strong preference for in‑office presence for collaboration). /li /ulh3Technical Competences Soft Skills /h3ulliTechnical competencies: Working knowledge of Python (or R), SQL, and common data manipulation/visualization libraries. /liliSolid experience working with REST APIs and structured data (e.g., JSON). /liliHands‑on experience working with LLM APIs in real‑world project settings. /liliExperience with prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool use patterns and error handling. /liliPractical knowledge of MCP server design and implementation. /liliNice to have: Demonstrated experience building agents with tool use, skills, or multi‑agent coordination. Familiarity with MCP ecosystems and third‑party MCP integrations. /liliBackground in or exposure to management consulting workflows and deliverable formats. /liliExperience working with clinical, healthcare, or life sciences datasets.
