IBAI – Assistant Restaurant Manager At IBAI, we continue to grow and are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for one of our restaurants in San Sebastian. We are seeking a professional with solid experience in Michelin‑starred or fine‑dining environments, a passion for detail, and a vocation for delivering exceptional service. Your Mission Support the Restaurant Manager in the daily coordination of the team and service, ensuring an impeccable experience for every guest and upholding the group’s standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate dining room service alongside the Floor Manager. Lead, train, and motivate the team on a daily basis. Guarantee excellence in guest relations and meticulous attention to detail. Collaborate closely with the kitchen to provide a seamless gastronomic experience. Assist in managing reservations, shifts, and daily operations. Advise guests on wine selection and pairings. Profile Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Supervisor, or similar role in Michelin‑starred or high‑end restaurants. Solid wine knowledge (specific certifications are a plus). High standards of excellence, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit. Language skills – English and French are highly valued.
