Overview
Assist the store manager in the commercial development of the store, respect for brand image and customer experience within the store.
Responsibilities
Develop the store sales turnover: implement TOD'S sales policy and set sales objectives; perform periodic analysis of results achieved.
Implement the selling ceremony in accordance with brand guidelines and highlight the store’s products following the brand’s visual policy in collaboration with the visual merchandising department.
Set up CRM actions to develop the customer database; analyze sales reports and customer feedback to propose action plans for exceeding objectives and increasing sales turnover.
Ensure good stock management: control restocking, participate in inventory organization, monitor discrepancies, and conduct sell‑through analysis.
Team management: plan store activity, determine collective and individual actions, lead daily briefings, set and monitor goals, identify improvement areas, and organize communication to staff.
Integrate new employees, providing training in processes, procedures, and other relevant areas.
Contribute to sales team motivation through evaluation and development‑action follow‑up.
Maintain brand image by ensuring the store is displayed in line with visual identity and commercial policy.
Ensure compliance with customer‑service guidelines, post‑sales service management, and customer requests.
Adhere to operating rules and procedures within the store.
Qualifications
3 to 4 years of store experience with at least 2 years of team management.
Management experience in luxury sales and hospitality techniques.
Knowledge and sensitivity to the luxury and fashion world, especially shoes.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
