Key activities performed by Associate Consultants include researching information, conducting interviews, analyzing data, supporting modeling activities, and preparing deliverables, among others. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 pProject Execution/ Billability (80-90%): /p ul liIndependently performs quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify client issues and key learnings. /li liSupports the development of discussion materials and coordinates primary market research and conducts interviews. /li liCreates sections of client deliverables under general guidance from experienced project leaders. /li liCommunicates findings and anticipates potential issues promptly to project leaders. /li liPresent small sections of the deliverable to the client. /li /ul pBusiness Development/ Corporate Initiatives Thought Leadership (up to 20%): /p ul liSupport and act as the point of reference for Analysts in their daily activities and training, among others. /li liFully support the development of project proposals for clients upon needs. /li liParticipates in corporate development by contributing to recruiting, knowledge management, technology systems, and related functions. /li liDevelops an understanding of the healthcare industry. /li /ul h3DESIRED QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE /h3 ul liGraduate degree with an excellent track record in either Life Sciences related, Business, Economics, or Engineering programs. PhD or MBA are considered a plus. /li li2+ year of professional experience in management consulting, life sciences / healthcare industry, or private equity. /li liAvailability for occasional international travel (EU). /li /ul h3TECHNICAL COMPETENCES SOFT SKILLS /h3 ul liStrong analytical skills /li liAbility to problem-solve challenges /li liExcellent interpersonal skills, time management, and organization skills. /li liAdaptability and an ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge. /li liAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks /li liAbility to work with teams based in different countries. /li liAdvanced skills in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) and elevated level of attention to detail. /li liExcellent business English, both written and verbal.
