This ignites a ripple effect: We transform people, who then transform others, systems, society, and, ultimately, our world.Our PurposeTo foster positive change.ValuesCultivate the humanistic approach.Empower your entrepreneurial spiritCherish the diversity of people, mind, and experienceDrive innovation with a proactive mindsetWe are looking for a person to join a full-time position inMadrid - IE Tower.ResponsibilitiesYour role as Associate Director will involve:Strategic and Operational Program Development:Develop and implement complex or strategic scholarship programs, ensuring compliance with criteriaestablishedby donors and collaborating institutions.To promote the continuous improvement of the administrative,academicand logistical processes associated with the management of scholarships.Activelyparticipatein the definition and implementation of new initiatives or programs with international or innovative components.Relationship with Donors and Stakeholders:To act as the main point of contact for certain strategic partners (corporations, governments, international foundations).Coordinate the preparation of selection committees, impact reporting, and institutional communications related to the programs.Represent the Foundation at events, meetings, and forums related to scholarships and educational access programs.Innovation and Digital Transformation:Promote the use of technological tools and artificial intelligence to improve operational efficiency, decision-making and academic follow-up of scholarship recipients.Develop andmaintaindashboards, automated flows, and data analytics related to beneficiary performance and experience.Internal and Transversal Collaboration:Work in coordination with the scholarship management team and with other IE University departments (Admissions, Student Services, Financial Aid, Legal, etc.).Contribute to the strategic alignment of the IE Foundation with the institutionalobjectivesof access,equityand social impact.QualificationsTo thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:Academic Background:Mastersdegree preferred.Postgraduate training in areas such as management, social innovation, projectmanagement,and/or administration will be valued.Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the management of educational programs, institutional cooperation, philanthropy, or coordination of multi-stakeholder initiatives.Experience in relation to donors or institutional stakeholders.Advanced management of Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis and visualization tools.Knowledge in the use of artificial intelligence tools for process optimization.Excellent strategic writing,analysis,and reporting capabilities.Languages:Spanish and English (oral and written).Personal Competencies:Strategic vision, initiative, interpersonal skills, analyticalthinking,and results orientation.Ability to work in demanding, collaborative environments witha high levelof autonomy.Unleash your full potential and make an impact.
