Experteer Overview In this role you will shape AI-enabled UX-centric applications within Celonis’ AI Apps Team. You’ll translate customer needs into scalable AI capabilities that augment human decision making on the Process Intelligence Platform. You’ll collaborate across GTM, Product, Engineering, and Domain Leads to craft solutions that balance standardization with customization. You drive end-to-end product development, from ideation to scaling across customers, delivering high-impact AI decision signals. - Build AI applications with strong UX that balance standardization and customization

- Develop generic capabilities: prediction, simulation, anomaly detection, optimization, forecasting
- Deploy and monitor ML models using Python, PQL, and SQL on the Celonis Platform
- Collaborate with customers to identify AI/ML solutions that enhance decision making
- Participate in the full product lifecycle from ideation to scaling across customersResponsabilidades
- 6-10 years of experience as an AI Product Manager or similar
- Experience building high-value UX-centric applications
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Practical experience with ML solutions (predictive modeling, simulation, anomaly detection, optimization, forecasting)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in production-level acceptance testing and delivering end-to-end solutions
- Visionary architectural mindset for scalable, extensible solutions
- Proficiency in Python and advanced SQL
- Proven enterprise AI solution development with a strong portfolio
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics or related fieldRequisitos principales
