In this role you will drive transparency, efficiency and compliance within a lean, IT-driven organisation. You will integrate internal audit with process management to enable continuous improvement and stronger governance. You will work with our GRC team to align processes with business objectives and regulatory requirements, reducing risk and building organizational capability. You will engage cross‑functional stakeholders to design better processes and support ISO 9001 readiness and audits. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role at a global, growth‑mous organisation with a strong focus on governance and process excellence.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Plan, conduct, and document internal audits across commercial, compliance, and quality domains with a focus on improvement• Perform structured process walkthroughs, interviews, and evidence‑based reviews to identify inefficiencies and risks• Create and maintain end‑to‑end process models in the designated documentation tool (e.g., Stages)• Develop functional and technical understanding of the process documentation tool and provide internal guidance• Track audit findings, non‑conformities, and corrective actions to ensure transparency and implementation• Support ISO 9001 audit preparation and translate requirements into practical process guidance• Evaluate and prepare potential improvements to process documentation tooling• Prepare clear audit, process, and improvement reports for GRC and management; define and track KPIsResponsabilidades• Several years of hands‑on internal audit experience (planning, execution, follow‑up)• Proven ability to identify control weaknesses and drive issue resolution• Experience auditing operational or commercial processes (not purely financial) xcskxlj • Exposure to structured control environments and governance• Independent worker with ability to engage senior stakeholders• Fluent in English and German (B2 or higher)• CIA or similar certifications are a plus, not required• Other audit or risk certifications are helpful but not requiredRequisitos principales• Remote work: 80-100% remote with on-site team events• Structured onboarding with tailored plan and training• Company device setup and remote work package• Flexible working hours• Team culture and regular events• Kununu Top Company since 2022
