Valencia, Spain | Full-time | In-office | International travel We are a fast-growing international startup expanding across multiple markets and looking for a mid-level B2B Sales Representative to join our team in Valencia. This is an office-based role with regular international travel , working closely with clients, distributors, and partners across Europe and beyond. The role offers strong upside potential as the company scales. What you’ll do Develop and manage international B2B client relationships Prospect, negotiate, and close new business opportunities Grow and retain existing accounts Represent the company at international trade shows and client meetings Work closely with internal teams to execute deals and follow through Maintain a structured sales pipeline and forecasts What we’re looking for 3–6 years of B2B sales experience Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Fluent English required At least one additional language required (any additional languages are a big plus) Comfortable with regular international travel Proactive, organised, and commercially driven Valencia-based and available for full-time in-office work Compensation All-in monthly compensation: €3,000–€4,000 gross , depending on experience and performance (Includes base salary + performance-based bonus) Why join us Above-market compensation for Valencia International exposure and frequent travel Fast-growing startup environment with high upside potential Direct impact on revenue and expansion Clear performance expectations and room for growth
