As a Bartender at Soho House, your role is to deliver excellent service to create memorable experiences for our members and guests. /b /p h3Job Purpose /h3 pYour main focus is to ensure our drinks service is to the highest standard. As a team we work to go the extra mile, keeping things simple and showing collaboration, kindness and passion in everything we do. /p h3Main Duties /h3 ul liProviding warm, friendly and efficient service according to our steps of service. /li liFollowing our full allergy procedure to ensure the safety of our members, guests and team. /li liPossessing a strong understanding of drink menus in order to make recommendations, pairings and accommodate specific requests. /li liEfficiently making all drink orders as per specs and timings. /li liEnsuring all standard operating procedures are followed and implemented. /li liRunning drinks from the bar to tables when needed. /li liVerifying the age of guests when necessary. /li liReporting and resolving any complaints and handling all interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pA successful Bartender for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high‑profile venue and a natural flair for first‑class service. You will have strong knowledge of classic cocktails and have experience preparing cocktails and serving in a fast‑paced environment.
