About BSA (Business Support & Advisory)
BSA is a global unit within the company focused on internal clients. Its team is essential for the company’s operation, compliance, and advisory functions. The unit develops solutions aligned with the company’s strategic objectives to improve efficiency, productivity, and innovation. It provides expert support in areas such as HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Real Estate & Workplace, Marketing, Procurement, Security & Privacy, and more.
Location
Group Companies Spain – part of the Accounting Spain department, managing the accounting of 15 companies and 115 UTEs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support during the monthly accounting close.
Assist the audit team for 12 external audits.
Prepare and analyze financial records to ensure accurate and current accounting.
Support the preparation and reconciliation of inter‑group accounting entries.
Assist in the circularization of customers and suppliers.
Coordinate with internal areas and the group’s external auditor.
Candidate Profile
University or higher education student in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Excellent organizational skills and results orientation.
Ability to establish a study arrangement with a minimum duration of 6 months, renewable for another 6 months.
Strong communication, proactivity, flexibility, quality orientation, positive energy, creativity, innovation, curiosity.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Intermediate level of English (B1) in speaking and writing.
No prior experience required.
Experience with accounting and SAP is a plus.
