IT Specialist will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing IT systems in Spain, working closely with the Southern Europe IT Manager and global teams. This role focuses on advanced technical tasks, system integrations, and ensuring compliance with corporate IT and security policies. The IT Specialist acts as the technical bridge between local operations and HQ, with expertise in dealer-facing systems (DMS/CRM) and cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities 1. System Implementation & Support. The IT Specialist will deploy and maintain DMS, CRM, and related systems in Spain, ensuring smooth operations and effective adoption. They will provide second-level support for complex issues escalated from local IT teams or dealers, working to resolve problems quickly and maintain system stability. 2. Integration Management. This role involves configuring and maintaining interfaces with external systems such as banks, logistics providers, and dealers using technologies like API, EDI, and SFTP. The IT Specialist will also support testing, documentation, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless data exchange and integration reliability. 3. Local IT Operations. The IT Specialist will manage servers, network devices, and critical infrastructure under the guidance of the IT Manager. They will ensure that backup, patching, and monitoring processes are properly executed to maintain system performance and security. 4. Security & Compliance. The position requires implementing HQ security policies locally, including access control and audit logging, while ensuring compliance with GDPR and local data protection regulations. The IT Specialist will play a key role in maintaining a secure IT environment and responding to security incidents when necessary. 5. Localized Solutions. The IT Specialist will develop or adapt small-scale tools and reports to meet local compliance or business needs, such as BI dashboards and invoicing reports. They will also communicate local requirements effectively to HQ product teams to support continuous improvement. Requirements -Education: Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft are considered an advantage and demonstrate a strong technical foundation. -Experience: Applicants should have five years of experience in IT systems administration or implementation. Hands-on expertise with dealer-facing systems like DMS and CRM is essential, along with experience in cloud platforms. Familiarity with API, EDI, and SFTP integrations and knowledge of GDPR and data security best practices are also required. -Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
