Responsibilities:1. Strategic Sales Management: Lead the strategic promotion and sales of products within the designated region. Conduct thorough analysis of competitor products in the market and provide insightful feedback to inform sales strategies and product positioning. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive revenue growth and increase market share.2. Client Relationship Development: Identify potential clients, including university labs, research institutes, hospitals, and other relevant entities. Proactively engage with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements. Take ownership of daily business affairs and meticulously follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.3. Sales Achievement: Set, track, and achieve sales target while also managing payment collection objectives. Craft innovative strategies for customer acquisition and development tailored to the regional clientele profile, thus driving sustainable growth.4. Negotiation and Collaboration: Demonstrate adeptness in independently conducting business negotiations and maintaining harmonious business relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate seamless project execution.5. Business travel required.Qualifications:1. Educational Background: Possess a PhD degree in life science (molecular biology, genetics etc.).2. Sales Expertise: Accumulate a minimum of 1 year of sales experience within the biological sector. Candidates with Next Generation Sequencing (NGS)-related backgrounds will be given priority consideration. Experience in NGS wet lab work, data analysis, or bioinformatics is an added advantage.3. Business Acumen: Showcase strong business negotiation skills and a proven ability to execute projects. Display heightened market sensitivity and an innate capacity to integrate available resources efficiently.
