This role focuses on market expansion, business development, and leading the local sales team to achieve business objectives. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in the IVD sector in Spain Portugal. /liliEstablish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, hospitals, and key healthcare organizations to expand the sales network and drive business growth. /liliConduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends and adjust strategies accordingly. /liliLead, coach, and motivate the local sales team to meet and exceed targets, ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals. /liliProvide necessary training, sales tools, and support to optimize sales efforts. /liliCollaborate with marketing to promote the Ozelle brand through local events and campaigns. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli10+ years of experience in IVD sales or marketing, with a strong track record of success in market development and team management. /liliBachelor’s degree or higher in Biomedical Science, Medical Devices, Marketing, or a related field. /liliIn-depth knowledge of the local IVD market, healthcare regulations, and customer needs. /liliFluent in Spanish and English. /liliWillingness to travel frequently across the country and neighboring countries for business development and client relationships. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
