Experteer Overview As a Business Analyst at BME, you will drive the business rollout of initiatives across the Español and Swiss trading platforms, ensuring smooth client adoption and regulatory alignment. You will work in an agile setting within a small team, translating business needs into specifications and supporting market-related innovations. You will blend domain knowledge with cross-functional collaboration to enable a unified trading platform across Spain and Switzerland. This role offers exposure to a fast-paced market-infrastructure environment with a clear impact on platform development and regulatory compliance.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Coordinate changes and ensure seamless client rollout
- Create business documents, interface specs, and client communications
- Plan and execute acceptance tests for SMART, SIX Swiss Exchange, and Equinox platforms
- Analyze and assess initiatives across Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivatives trading
- Research regulatory impact and liaise with Regulators to secure timely approvalsResponsabilidades
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
- Ability to work independently in a small team
- Strong communication, systematic and accurate working methods
