Business Data Analyst — PeopleSoft Rollout (Part-Time | Contractor) ⌛ Part-time contractor Senior level Barcelona (Hybrid 2 days/week) International project About InnoIT At INNOIT, we specialize in managing professional careers in the field of Information Technology. About the project We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to join a strategic ERP rollout programme spanning multiple countries — Belgium (pilot), Spain, France, UK, US, Canada, and Italy. The mission: lead country-by-country business interviews, translate stakeholder needs into data requirements, and ensure data governance and quality throughout the implementation. This is a part-time contractor opportunity — ideal for an experienced BA or consultant who wants to contribute to a high-impact international programme with flexibility. Your Profile 5+ years of experience in data-driven environments, ideally in large multicultural organisations Proven experience in Business Analysis with a data orientation — you bridge business and IT Strong Data Modelling skills (Conceptual Data Model design) Experience with Party Master Data Management Outstanding interviewing and facilitation skills — you know how to ask the right question, from the right angle, to the right person Ability to structure complex business verbatim into clear, articulated concepts Skilled at translating business needs into technical specifications and data flows Comfortable leading workshops and stakeholder sessions across countries and cultures Experience with data governance, data quality, and compliance frameworks Fluent English (working language); French is a significant plus Based in Barcelona , available for 2 days/week onsite ⭐ Nice to have Experience with PeopleSoft ERP or similar enterprise platforms Proficiency in BI and reporting tools: Power BI, Tableau or QlikView Knowledge of O2C / P2P business processes French language skills (highly valued for Belgium and France workstreams) What makes this role interesting Exposure to a complex, multi-country ERP transformation programme Country-by-country interviews with business and IT stakeholders across Europe and North America High visibility with regional and global leadership Flexible part-time contractor format — contribute at senior level without full-time commitment About the engagement Format: Part-time contractor Location: Barcelona — hybrid, 2 days/week onsite Scope: Multi-country programme (Belgium, Spain, France, UK, US, Canada, Italy) Start: To be confirmed At InnoIT, we actively promote diversity, equity and inclusion.
