About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Developer to join our Growth team.
This role is key to identifying new business opportunities, building lasting relationships, and driving the first stages of our commercial strategy. You will work across consulting, recruiting, and SaaS verticals, collaborating closely with marketing and branding teams to strengthen our presence and accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Funnel Management
Identify and generate new business opportunities across defined segments (Consulting, Recruiting, and SaaS).
Manage the early stages of the sales cycle: research, prospecting, outreach, lead qualification, and meeting scheduling.
Maintain and update the commercial pipeline through CRM and sales tools.
Partner with marketing and branding teams to optimize lead generation campaigns.
Prepare activity and performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Represent BlueQuo at events, fairs, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Business Development or equivalent B2B role, preferably within professional services or SaaS environments.
Advanced knowledge of commercial and prospecting tools: CRM: Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce.
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding lead generation and conversion goals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Professional Spanish & English level (minimum C1).
