You’ll split your time between two complementary missions: /p h3CONTRACTING — Build the Portfolio /h3 ul liQualify and build a database of new hotel and activity partners aligned with our specifications and procurement plan. /li liRecruit new hotel partners and activity centres to expand our offer on the website. /li liIdentify the best destinations and focus on the business plan priorities. /li liCold‑call hotels to present Weekendesk and create new business partnerships. /li liFollow the contract management process to deliver new products on time with top quality. /li liRespect and track objectives defined by KPIs. /li /ul h3ADVERTISING SALES — Monetize the Ecosystem /h3 ul liProspect and qualify tourism offices, destination marketing organizations (DMOs), and brand partners as advertising clients. /li liPitch Weekendesk's advertising solutions: newsletters, banners, homepage visibility, co‑branded campaigns, sponsored collections, and dedicated destination pages. /li liAdapt campaigns to client objectives — de‑seasonalization, international visibility, new emitting markets, sustainable tourism. /li liBuild tailored proposals adapted to each client's budget and strategic priorities. /li liManage the full sales cycle from first contact to campaign delivery and post‑campaign reporting. /li liPresent clear KPIs and reporting to clients: impressions, clicks, CTR, traffic, engagement, and bookings. /li liBuild long‑term, recurring partnerships — not one‑off campaigns. /li /ul pAt Weekendesk, we believe in: bTeamwork Family Spirit / Transparency Communication /b / bRespect Trust /b as our core values.
