We are looking for a highly strategic and results-driven Head of Distribution / Business Development to lead our growth across markets, partners, and products. This is a key leadership role for someone who combines strong tourism expertise, commercial sharpness, and hands-on execution in a fast-growing travel & e-commerce environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the distribution and business development strategy aligned with company growthExpand and optimise distribution channels, onboarding new partners and scaling existing onesDevelop new revenue streams through strategic partnerships (e.G. insurance, advertising, sponsorships, audience monetisation)Grow and diversify the travel offering, integrating new inventory providers (hotels, bedbanks, activities, aggregators)Identify and launch new product categories and market opportunities, building strong business casesLead, coach, and develop a high-performing BD teamWork cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Tech, Sales, and OperationsRepresent Weekendesk with key partners and at industry eventsWhat we're looking for8+ years of experience in Business Development, Distribution, or Strategic PartnershipsStrong background in tourism / hospitality (OTA, travel tech, hotel groups, marketplaces, bedbanks, tour operators)Proven track record of closing complex, high-impact dealsExperience leading teams and working closely with C-level stakeholdersStrategic mindset combined with strong execution and analytical skillsComfortable operating in fast-paced, scaling environmentsFluent English, high proficiency in French (Spanish is a plus!)3 days at the office, 2 remote (flexible), plus 10 work-from-anywhere days per year (within Europe, ±1h time difference)Meal vouchers : 5€/day net (Ticket Restaurant)Private health insurance with exclusive employee discountEmployee discount : 20% off Weekendesk bookingsReferral bonus for recommending talented friendsRegular social events (afterworks, themed parties, Summer Event, and more)General office perks
