Responsibilities:
# Sales Leadership: Drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets for Snibe’s Core Laboratory Diagnostics portfolio across assigned territories.
# Account Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers at medium to large accounts, distributors, and partners.
# Customer Engagement: Identify new business opportunities, conduct client visits, and deliver value-driven presentations to prospective customers.
# Complete the regional distribution tasks assigned by Snibe
# Territory Strategy: Formulate and execute territory management plans, identifying growth opportunities and optimizing account coverage.
# Market Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of Snibe’s product portfolio and maintain awareness of competitor offerings and industry trends.
# Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, technical support, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
# Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on advancements in Snibe’s product lines and diagnostic technologies.
Requirements:
# Background in Biochemistry, Business or a related field
# At least 5 years of experience worked in the IVD area, expecially in immuno and biochemical
# Able to use Spanish and English as working language
