Key Responsibilities Market Strategy:Conduct in-depth analysis of the Spanish EV charging market, identifying trends, growth opportunities, and competitive insights. New Business Development:Build and manage a strong pipeline of partnerships with local businesses, municipalities, and energy providers. Client Relationship Management:Cultivate trusted relationships with key stakeholders and deliver tailored EV charging solutions. Sales Execution:Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting and negotiation to closing and contract management. Product Knowledge:Stay informed on the latest EV charging technologies and confidently present their value to customers. Reporting:Monitor and report on market developments, customer feedback, and sales performance to senior leadership. What We’re Looking For Minimum3 years of experiencein B2B sales or business development in theEV, renewable energy, or automotivesectors. Strong knowledge of theSpanish market, including key players, regulatory environment, and local trends. Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. Proven success in developing and closing new business. Fluent inEnglish and Spanish(additional languages a plus). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and travel within Spain as needed.
