At Ricoh, we believe people do their best work when they feel valued and supported. /ppIn this role, you will help design and strengthen Ricoh’s general data architecture, working closely with international teams to deliver solutions that contribute to strategic decision‑making. You will design and develop backend SQL solutions (ETL/SSIS) to support global Power BI reporting. You will create Power Apps and user‑friendly interfaces that enable efficient data management. You will enhance and expand the data infrastructure by integrating new architectures and data sources. You will ensure robust data governance, security, and compliance with GDPR. You will support continuous improvement through the development of global KPIs and data quality processes. You will document technical processes and create clear BI documentation for internal use. /ppWe are seeking someone with a strong technical foundation and the ability to design and deliver data‑driven solutions in a complex, multicultural, and innovation‑driven environment. You are adaptable and comfortable working in a global environment, with a collaborative and team‑oriented approach, a customer‑focused mindset, and a proactive attitude. /ph3Qualifications and Skills /h3ulliA relevant academic background (Computer Science, Data Engineering, or similar). /liliA bachelor’s degree is desirable. /liliSolid understanding of data architecture and data modelling principles within modern data platforms. /liliExperience working with Microsoft Fabric and related data services within the Microsoft ecosystem. /liliStrong SQL skills and experience working with data transformation, modelling and analytical use cases. /liliPractical experience with Python for data processing and automation. /liliProven experience with Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate), including building solutions integrated with Dataverse and other data sources. /liliExperience designing and delivering end‑to‑end data and application solutions. /liliExperience building business‑oriented tools for reporting and dashboards. /liliExposure to Copilot Studio and an interest in developing intelligent, data‑driven applications. /liliMicrosoft Power BI, Azure and experience using GitHub for version control (highly desirable). /li /ulh3Community and Impact /h3pYou become part of a global community built on openness, inclusion and genuine collaboration.
