We are seeking a structured and proactive professional with experience to support key account management and contribute to the overall operational performance of the company.Your Responsibilities:Key Account Management Support:Monitoring and tracking orders from receipt to delivery and invoicingEnsuring an accurate overview of order status, delivery dates, and pending actionsInternal coordination with procurement, logistics, finance, and operations to ensure compliance with commercial obligationsSupporting the KAM in preparing and organizing information required for customer careMonitoring basic order-related KPIs such as on-time delivery and order backlogDirect Support to the Managing Director:Daily support in operational and business mattersAssistance in coordinating topics related to accounting and business managementSupport in tracking appointments and ongoing company initiativesCoordination with external consultants when requiredDiscretion in handling sensitive and company-related informationReliability, maturity, and professional judgment in daily workYour Profile:Completed bachelor's degree in business administration or a comparable field of studyAt least 5 years of experience in order management, procurement coordination, or operations in an industrial or technical environmentExperience working with cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with ERP systems and structured processesProficiency in working with KPIs and operational trackingStrong organizational skills xcskxlj and attention to detailHigh level of discretion and trustworthinessGood English skills required, German is desirableWe Offer:Participation in a project within an international companyShort decision-making processes and excellent development opportunitiesA highly motivated team, family-like company atmosphereJob-related trainingGood working environment and internal development opportunitiesEmployee benefits (e.g., English and German courses, WellHub, and other company services)Childcare allowance (up to €300.00 per month per child)Flexible working time models25 days of annual leavePrivate health insurance#J-18808-Ljbffr
