Qualifications: brMinimum of two (2) years Butler/guest facing services experience in a luxury environment. brExcellent fluent English (verbal and written). Conversational in an additional languages is mandatory such as (German, Portuguese, French, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Arabic). brStrong emotional intelligence is required with resourceful thinking and a working knowledge of conflict resolution, food and beverages and the ability to confidently speak on and properly serve such items. brComprehensive understanding of ultra-luxury hospitality standards and bespoke guest service delivery. brMastery of formal dining etiquette, silver service and in-suite fine dining presentation brDeep understanding of VIP, celebrity, and high-net-worth guest expectations. Duties and Responsibilities: brDeliver personalized Butler service by preparing and maintaining guest suites according to preferences and company standards brFully knowledgeable of the in-suite services, food and beverages, basic etiquette, amenities, functions, and systems brCoordinate and provide in-suite services including dining, amenities, housekeeping support, laundry, packing/unpacking, shoeshine and any other special requests brMaintain accurate guest history records and communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments ensuring prompt recovery brAssist in booking reservations for restaurants, spa, shore excursions and private tours as required. brMaintain cleanliness, organization, inventory, and public health compliance in suites, pantries, and assigned areas
