You will work closely with Manufacturing Engineers, CNC Machinists, Quality Engineers, and R&D teams to bring high-precision parts from prototype to production.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys technical ownership, advanced machining strategies, and working in a dynamic high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.Your RoleAs CAM Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC machining programs for complex precision parts and assemblies. You will work on both prototype and production projects, ensuring manufacturability, quality, and process efficiency throughout the entire machining process.You will not only create CAM programs, but also contribute directly to:machining strategy development, tooling and fixture selection, process validation, quality verification, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position offers a broad technical scope with strong exposure to advanced manufacturing engineering and process development.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining operations Create efficient machining strategies for complex precision components Work with advanced CAD/CAM software to translate engineering designs into manufacturable processes Support prototype manufacturing and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects Select tooling, cutting parameters, and machining methods to maximize quality and efficiency Validate machining programs directly on the machine Analyze and resolve machining challenges related to tolerances, surface finish, tooling, and cycle times Collaborate closely with CNC operators, engineers, and quality teams Support process improvements and manufacturing optimization initiatives Contribute to process documentation and standardization Assist in quality control activities including CMM verification and dimensional analysis What You BringWe are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation in machining and CAM programming who enjoys solving complex manufacturing challenges.You likely recognize yourself in the following:Experience with CAM programming in a precision machining environment Strong understanding of milling processes and machining principles Experience with multi-axis CNC machining Ability to interpret technical drawings and GD&T specifications Knowledge of tooling, materials, cutting conditions, and fixture concepts Hands-on mentality with a strong focus on quality and accuracy Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience with Siemens NX CAM, high-precision machining, or metrology/CMM systems is considered a strong advantage.The Working EnvironmentYou will join a modern and highly automated production environment equipped with advanced CNC machinery and state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies.The organization is known for:high technical complexity, short development cycles, strong engineering culture, and continuous innovation.
