Axpo Iberia is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Change Management Manager to lead impactful initiatives focused on adopting Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and facilitating digitalization. Join us to make a difference in a dynamic and innovative environment.ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and execution of change management strategies to integrate AI and other technologies into business operations.Manage change initiatives using the ADKAR methodology to ensure successful adoption and maximize benefits.Identify opportunities to optimize business processes through emerging technologies, including AI.Collaborate with leadership, IT teams, and business units to align AI integration strategies with operational goals.Conduct impact assessments and engage employees to facilitate readiness and support for AI-driven transformations.Develop tailored communication and training plans to ensure employees are equipped to use AI tools effectively.Analyze business processes to identify areas where AI can add value and resolve implementation challenges.Define metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives and document lessons learned.Foster a culture of innovation and proactive adoption of technological advancements.QualificationsDegree in Technology, Business Administration, Organizational Change, or a related field.5–7 years of experience in a change management role, ideally within technology-driven environments.Proven expertise in managing change within technological and business environments, particularly digital transformations.Deep knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in business operations.Familiarity with IT services, business process management, and problem resolution methodologies.Strong expertise in the ADKAR methodology or equivalent change management frameworks.Certifications in change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or similar frameworks are highly desirable.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse audiences effectively.Analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate resistance and plan mitigation strategies proactively.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.About the teamYou will work closely with Axpo Iberia’s leadership, IT teams, and business units in a collaborative environment that values innovation and continuous improvement.
