This is a fixed term contract for a duration of 9 months.Amazon is seeking to hire a talented and results‑oriented Channel Manager for Spain with proven relationship management and negotiation skills to join the Amazon Incentives team. The role focuses on the sales strategy with our existing clients.At Amazon Incentives, we support corporate customers across all sizes and industries in rewarding their employees and customers. By offering Amazon Gift Cards and other Amazon branded values, we provide businesses with convenient and effective incentive solutions that are desired by recipients, helping them achieve customer acquisition, retention, employee satisfaction and more.This Channel Manager will grow our B2B business in Spain by developing relationships with our third‑party distributors network. The candidate will own all aspects of the relationship with distributors, from negotiating contract terms to implementing co‑marketing campaigns, unlocking incremental opportunities and ensuring long‑term profitability. The role also involves representing customer needs to inform product development and process optimization, leading high‑impact business projects.Key job responsibilities- Creating and executing a strategic plan to drive growth and profit optimization within the third‑party distribution channel.- Managing a substantial portfolio of existing accounts, seeking development opportunities and ensuring excellent support on a daily basis.- Planning and executing co‑branded marketing initiatives.- Analyzing and reporting on accounts and channel performance to leadership.- Exploring market segment trends and collecting customer feedback to influence product/service development, working closely with stakeholders.- Collaborating and influencing internal stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, Product, Legal, and Finance).- Monitoring and auditing downstream distribution to ensure compliance with our policies and financial guardrails.A day in the lifeThe role revolves around the development of large B2B Gift Card distributors. As a Channel Manager, you will constantly seek opportunities to grow existing use cases with distributors, as well as explore net new distribution channels. You will manage client requests and work with partner teams to continually improve the client experience. You will conduct performance analysis to ensure profitability of your portfolio, negotiate renewal terms with clients and provide business reporting to inform sales strategy and product/process improvements.About the teamAmazon Incentives enables businesses to improve employee motivation, increase customer loyalty or drive behavioral changes with Amazon Gift Cards and other Amazon branded values. We distribute our products worldwide to business customers either directly or through third‑party distributors.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree, or experience in sales or marketing work (e.G., e‑commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent.- Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.- Experience in advising and influencing executive leadership.- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions‑focused approach or equivalent.- Experience negotiating and closing multi‑million Euro deals with large corporate accounts.- Strategic planning skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders across functional areas such as Legal, Product, Finance, Marketing and Operations.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
