Channel Manager DE/AT, Amazon Incentives This is a fixed-term contract for a duration of 12 months. By offering Amazon Gift Cards and other Amazon branded values, we provide businesses with convenient and effective incentive solutions that are desired by recipients, helping them in achieving their goals around customer acquisition, retention, employee satisfaction, and more. Our team is seeking a customer obsessed and highly organized Channel Manager to grow our B2B business in Germany and Austria by developing relationships with our third‑party distributors network. The candidate will be responsible for a significant share of total business in these locales, owning all aspects of the relationship with distributors, from negotiating contract terms to implementing co‑marketing campaigns. This leader will unlock incremental opportunities, as well ensure long‑term profitability for the channel. Internally, the candidate will represent customer needs to inform product development and process optimization to maximize account lifetime value, leading high impact business projects. Key job responsibilities Creating and executing a strategic plan to drive growth and profit optimization within third‑party distribution channel. Managing a substantial portfolio of existing accounts, seeking development opportunities and ensuring excellent support on daily business. Planning and execution of co‑branded marketing initiatives. Analysis and reporting on accounts and channel performance to leadership. Exploring market segment trends and collecting customer feedback to influence product/service development, working closely with stakeholders. Collaborating and influencing internal stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, Product, Legal, and Finance). Monitoring and auditing downstream distribution to ensure compliance with our policies and financial guardrails. A day in the life The role revolves around the development of large B2B Gift Card distributors. As a Channel Manager, you will constantly seek opportunities to grow existing use cases with distributors, as well as explore net new distribution channels. You will manage client requests and work with partner teams to continually improve the client experience. You will conduct performance analysis to ensure profitability of your portfolio, negotiate renewal terms with clients and provide business reporting to inform sales strategy and product/process improvements. We distribute our products worldwide to business customers either directly, or through third‑party distributors. Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (e.g., e‑commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent. Speak, write, and read fluently in German. Knowledge of procurement and source‑to‑pay methods at small and medium businesses. Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
