Our platform integrates online ordering, POS, delivery aggregators, loyalty, and more - giving restaurants the tools they need to thrive in a digital-first world.Role Overview:We’re looking for a hands-on, target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Spain. This is a pure sales, individual contributor role - ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, high activity, and closing deals.You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, running demos, and signing new accounts in the SMB and mid-market segments. You’ll need to be proactive, tenacious, and laser-focused on driving pipeline and revenue.This role is on-site at our vibrant office space in Barcelona surrounded by a small but fast-growing team, playing a key part in expanding our footprint across Europe. An uncapped commission structure rewards high performance – your earnings grow with your results.Key Responsibilities- Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and outreach to pitching, negotiation, closing, and signing.- Generate new opportunities through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and follow-ups on inbound leads.- Deliver engaging, high-impact product demos that show clear business value.- Maintain a fast-paced sales rhythm with high daily activity and deal volume.- Keep deals and activity updated in HubSpot CRM, with accurate forecasting and reporting.- Stay sharp on product, process, and competitor updates to keep your edge.- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to refine our go-to-market motion.- Push hard, stay consistent, and always keep momentum moving forward.What We're Looking For- 2–4 years of direct SaaS sales experience in a fast-paced, high-activity environment (ideally selling into SMB or mid-market).- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.- Strong prospecting and closing skills – you're not afraid to pick up the phone, send that follow-up or chase deals.- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.- Proficiency in using HubSpot (or similar CRM) and working with sales metrics.- Grit, resilience, and a performance mindset.What’s In It for You- A chance to be part of a fast-growing global startup in the F&B tech space.- Uncapped commission structure – earn more as you close more.- Opportunity to shape the growth of Grubtech’s European presence.- Dynamic team and work environment.- Be part of a high-performing commercial environment with real ownership and growth potential.If you're a high-energy sales professional with a passion for results and a drive to grow in the SaaS space, we’d love to hear from you.
