Remote, based in Spain or ItalyWe’re partnered with a fast-growing German/US software company operating in the industrial technology / cybersecurity space, supporting large manufacturing and enterprise organisations.The business has a strong partner-led GTM, with ~40% of revenue driven through channel partners, particularly via an established distributor ecosystem.They are now looking to expand and strengthen their partner network across Southern Europe, with a focus on Italy and Spain.The OpportunityThis is a high-impact Channel Sales role focused on:Expanding and developing the regional partner ecosystemDriving channel revenue growthActing as the bridge between partners, enterprise customers, and internal teamsYou’ll play a key role in scaling the business through strategic distributors, VARs, and system integrators, while also supporting cross-sell opportunities into enterprise accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and expand a strong channel partner network across Italy and SpainRecruit, onboard, and train new partnersEnable partners to effectively sell and position the solutionManage and grow relationships with existing distributors and resellersDrive revenue through partner-led opportunities and joint sales motionsCollaborate with enterprise sales teams to cross-sell into larger accountsRepresent the company at industry and partner events across the regionProfile They’re Looking ForExperience in channel / partner sales within software, SaaS, or industrial techProven track record of:Recruiting and onboarding partnersBuilding and growing partner ecosystemsComfortable working with distributors, VARs, and system integratorsStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsEnergetic, proactive, and comfortable in a high-travel, field-based roleFluent in English + Italian or Spanish (both is a plus)What Makes This Role AttractiveHighly visible, growth-focused role in an expanding regionBe part of a young, dynamic, and international teamStrong exposure to partner strategy and enterprise salesOpportunity to attend and lead partner events and industry engagementsWork in a company where channel is a core revenue driver
