You will be the financial backbone of a fast-scaling edtech company with an international footprint — bringing structure, rigour, and strategic vision to everything from day-to-day cash management to long-term financial planning. /ppbr/pp─── /ppbr/ppb Responsibilities /b /ppbr/pp• Define and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the CEO, COO and Board /pp• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis /pp• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and company audits /pp• Prepare financial statements and management reports /pp• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all financial functions /pp• Manage relationships with banks and external financial partners /ppbr/pp─── /ppbr/ppb✅ What we're looking for /b /ppbr/pp• Strong analytical skills with a deep finance background /pp• 7–10 years of experience in finance roles, ideally in high-growth or international environments /pp• CPA or MBA preferred, but not required /pp• Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus /pp• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, mission-driven company /ppbr/pp─── /ppbr/ppb /p /b
