We provide secure, stable, and scalable financial infrastructure tailored to agencies and creators—enabling them to operate globally with confidence.Our Private Banking team delivers a premium experience to our most valuable clients, supporting them across onboarding, account optimization, and ongoing growth.The RoleWe are looking for a Client Development Manager, Private Banking to own the end-to-end relationship with our agency partners and high-value creators.This role combines white-glove client service with commercial ownership, ensuring clients are successfully onboarded, deeply engaged with the platform, and continuously expanding their use of MAKE.Reporting to the Director, Private Banking, you will act as a trusted advisor and relationship owner, balancing exceptional service with a proactive approach to client growth.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding & ActivationOwn the end-to-end onboarding journey for new clients (agencies and creators)Guide clients through KYC/KYB processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant experienceAct as primary contact during account setupReduce onboarding friction and improve activation ratesRelationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with agencies and creatorsDeliver a high-touch, concierge-style service aligned with Private Banking standardsServe as an advisor on how to best use the MAKE platformMaintain regular communication through Telegram, WhatsApp and phone callsClient Education & EnablementEducate clients on platform functionality, features and best practicesSupport clients in optimizing their financial operations using MAKEDeliver tailored onboarding sessions and walkthroughsGrowth & Commercial DevelopmentIdentify opportunities to expand client usage and increase account valueDrive retention, engagement and revenue growthCollaborate with internal teams to support client growth initiativesSpot trends and provide feedback to product and leadership teamsProduct FeedbackShare insights on client needs, pain points and feature requestsSupport rollout and adoption of new features and product updatesWhat We’re Looking ForExperience:5+ years in account management, client success or salesMust include 1+ year in commercial or retail bankingExperience managing high-value clients or VIP relationshipsBackground in fintech, creator economy, SaaS or digital platforms is also a plusSkills & Attributes:Strong relationship-building and communication skillsCommercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunitiesHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to handle sensitive client situations with professionalism and discretionWhat’s in it for YouCompetitive compensation package with potential for stock options.Relocation opportunity to the Canary Islands (Tenerife) with a comprehensive relocation packageOwnership and autonomy to shape MAKE’s compliance vision from the ground up.Collaborative, fast-paced startup culture - work directly with founders and senior leadership.The chance to define compliance in one of fintech’s most exciting frontiers - the Creator Economy.Why Join MAKEBe part of a fast-growing fintech platform shaping the creator economyWork with high-profile creators and agenciesHigh ownership and impact in a scaling business
