ph3Company overview /h3pApex Group is a general fund administration and middle‑office solutions provider headquartered in Bermuda with over 13,000 employees worldwide. /ph3Role Overview /h3pClient Onboarding Specialist – Valencia (Spain), permanent, reporting to Regional Head of Client Onboarding. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport client onboarding from Sales to Business‑As‑Usual (BAU), acting as key point of coordination. /liliFirst point of contact for client queries related to onboarding. /liliCoordinate client adoption, account openings, review of fund offering documentation and legal agreements, internal system set‑ups, and project planning. /liliAssist in project coordination with Service Delivery, Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams. /liliProvide regular status updates and hold weekly project calls with stakeholders, maintaining project plans to track progress. /liliDraft and review client service agreements. /liliInteract with Legal Department on template management and control. /liliReview internal processes across product and service lines (fund administration, depository, etc.). /liliOffer day‑to‑day onboarding advice across all Apex Group business lines, maintaining strong relationships through communication, facilitation and teamwork. /liliAssist in the development and execution of ad‑hoc projects and support the wider onboarding team as needed. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliA degree, preferably in Law, Business, Finance or a related field. /lili1–3 years of experience within the investment funds industry. /liliUnderstanding of the funds industry, fund structures, domiciles and regulatory requirements (advantage). /liliSome familiarity with fund structuring, legal terminology and fund services agreements. /liliKnowledge of Client KYC requirements (advantage). /liliHighly motivated self‑starter able to work semi‑supervised in a fast‑paced dynamic environment. /liliTeam spirit, enthusiasm and capacity to build strong client relationships. /liliClient‑facing experience and strong project management skills. /liliExcellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑servicing mindset. /liliProfessional level of English (spoken and written); proficiency in any additional language is an advantage. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliPrivate health insurance. /liliHybrid working model. /lili27 working days holiday plus public holidays. /liliOpportunities for professional development and CPD programs. /liliPositive and hospitable work environment. /liliExposure to all aspects of business and cross‑jurisdictional work. /li /ulh3EEO Statement /h3pWe are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
